Fresh flowers are seasonal, and availability may vary. If a specific flower, color, or container is unavailable, Alilove reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original design.

Every arrangement is handcrafted with care, and our goal is always to create a beautiful product that reflects the design you selected.

Delivery Policy

At Alilove, we are committed to delivering every order with care and on time.

• We currently offer local delivery throughout Miami-Dade County.

• While we make every effort to deliver within the requested time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the order.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Additional delivery fees may apply if an order must be redirected due to incorrect or incomplete information.

• If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
